What we got here is a 1988 PROCO Flat Box RAT w/LM308 IC chip! This pedal has a few scars, is missing the battery door, but is in full working order. "Mint" and "RAT" should never be used in the same sentence is what my Grandpappy always used to say. Silk screen glows like it was just picked up from Chernobyl.
